We demolished and removed the asphalt shingle materials on this 8100 square feet roof in Woodland Hills and replaced it with a 16" standing seam metal roof with a 1" height seam on a nail flange system. We installed one layer of peel-and-stick underlayment. We added a new roof line and extended the framing, installed new fascia, installed new sun tunnels from Velux, replaced skylights, and installed a brand-new gutter system. In the end, we painted the exterior of the house and gave this beautiful house a fresh look.
