This project was done in Fall 2023, A complete remodel located in Granada Hills, with a total of 7,500 square feet of roof. We installed a 16", 24-gauge flat panels with 1 1/2" seam height, narrow rib clip system, in Matte Black color. We installed new 1/2" CDW plywood as well as custom chimney metal flashing, along with Snap-Z ridge vent for attic ventilation. We finished the project by installing new 5" custom fascia gutters. This project took 4 weeks from start to finish.
