This beautiful one-story house in Pasadena was overdue for a re-roof. After tearing off the old shingle and torch-down, roof we replaced the damaged plywood, installed new INTERWRAP UDL30 heat-resistant underlayment, replaced the roof with GAF asphalt shingle and replaced the flat section with Polyglass Polyfresco GFR cool roof, added Ohagen vent flashings, and replaced the gutters.
