This beautiful commercial building consists of two sections on the roof, one section in the back which is torch down flat and another section in the front which used to be asphalt shingles. We converted and replaced the asphalt shingle with a beautiful standing seam metal roofing system. The flat section is replaced with Polyglass Polyfresco GFR cool roofing system. Both sections got a new fire-resistant base underlayment, and we also painted the building and replaced the door framings.
