We replaced this old torch-down roof to matte black standing seam metal roof in Malibu, California along with fascia boards all around the house. We wrapped the chimney up with the same metal as the roof and built a custom top cap. The skylights have been replaced with Velux commercial grade custom skylights. You can install metal on any roof with as little as 1/2" slope. The Kynar and OceanGuard coating will make the roof bulletproof against the moisture of the ocean. The warranty on standing seam metal roof is up to 50 years and the roof can last a lifetime. Our workmanship warranty in 25 years, highest in the industry.
